Payment Plan Terms
This is a sales contract for an online course (the "Course") offered by Carolina Conservative Training Committee (the "PAC") to you (the "Customer"). By purchasing the Enterprise Monthly Plan, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Course consists of video lessons, audio recordings, workbooks, and other materials that are accessible online through the Company's website or a third-party platform.
2. The PAC grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The Customer may not copy, share, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course without the PAC's prior written consent.
3. The Customer agrees to pay the PAC the monthly amount as outlined in our pricing structure for the Course. The first payment is due upon enrollment and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other methods accepted by the Company. The payment(s) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this contract or required by law.
4. The Customer can select to make payments for the course. In the event the Customer chooses to split the fee into multiple payments, the customer will have access to material only during the customers payment status is maintained. In the event a customer doesn’t make a payment they will receive an email or a phone call to get the account into compliance. If they don’t make the next payment the account will be put on hold and access will be limited until the customer puts the account into compliance.
4. The Customer will have one year access to the Courses, unless at the enterprise level then you will have 2, subject to the Company's terms listed on our pricing page. The PAC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course at any time without notice or liability.
5. The PAC does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from taking the Course. The Customer is solely responsible for their own learning and application of the Course content. The PAC disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course for any purpose.
6. The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing and using the Course. The Customer also agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the PAC and other third parties involved in the Course creation and delivery.
7. This contract is governed by the laws of North Carolina and any disputes arising from or relating to this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
By purchasing any product or course, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this sales contract for the online course.
